Revoking Warning FAQs for DECI I just received an email saying I will be revoked from the program if I don't maintain my progress. What does this mean? Don’t worry! This is not a revoking email. It’s just a warning which means that you’ll need to pay attention to your progress and attendance not to be revoked from the program. What are the criteria for revoking? Not Meeting any of the following criteria: Not attending the required percentage of Weekly Connect Sessions. Not finishing the Classroom Concepts. Not attending the required percentage of Monthly Physical Sessions. Not passing the Assessment that will take place on your second and fourth physical sessions. Not passing your Project before the deadline. Not attending the required percentage of Summer Bootcamp Sessions. What happens if I’m revoked? If you are revoked from the program, you will be unenrolled from the program and will not be able to attend any of the future weekly connect sessions or physical sessions. There are some special cases where paying back the training cost will be required. I am unable to continue my studies. What can I do to make sure I am not revoked from the program? To avoid being revoked from the program, you must do all of the following: Attend your Weekly Connect Sessions. Attend all of your Monthly Physical Sessions. Keep up with your classroom concepts according to your weekly schedule till the end of the year. Study concepts well to be able to pass your required assessment successfully. Avoid plagiarism, cheating, or any other act in which you claim or imply another person’s work is your own. Learn more about plagiarism here. Follow all of the initiative rules and make sure not to break any. Is there any sort of warning before I become revoked? If you are not on track, you will be given a warning or a reminder email before revoking to get back on track. Can I apply next year if I am revoked this year? You can apply after a full year following the revoking, but this will depend on the rules and regulations of the initiative that year.
